Anonymous asked: It’s very legit actually about the fire nation not knowing what Zuko or Azula look like. They didn’t have cameras. Only paintings. And each painting was done by hand. They’d have to pay some serious amounts to an artist to dedicate the rest of his life to doing paintings of Zuko and Azula, then selling them to people/distributing them. Same goes to our actual world history, people never knew what their leaders looked like. Only names/stories. If you were lucky you got to see them in parades.

nope. still not buying it. only people who really didn’t know who azula was were the people at ember island. besides, zuko was wanted by the fire nation. i’m sure there were wanted signs. not to mention the huge ass celebration the fire nation had once they “killed aang.” not to mention everyone knew the tale of zuko being burned and disowned by his dad. even people in the earth kingdom knew that.

That’s true because they had wanted posters up for Toph when they started pulling scams. And I think they did have signs for Zuko and Iroh because I think I remember Azula with one. Unless that was fanart. Damn ATLA, you confusing.
